GIVING BACK BY DEFAULT: Counterbalancing the Stochastically Unjust World's Reality

Third Sector is employing 2.5 Million peoples.This figure is just related to Europe.
Can be said that 3rd sector it's either "non confessional" or "confessional" . The only case in this world where both the worlds works fine, side by side.
So said the very point is that the system , it's not efficient. The whole structure is just to expensive. Little chances to restructure it lean enough.
As matter of fact , the labor force thus engaged is -by the 3/4 - making their life out of it; shortly and abruptly: it's a job and -as any other job and professional position - has a HR approach which means hierarchy, career path, increasing remunerations by duty and objectives.
Therefore:
THE MAJORITY OF CHARITY ORGANIZATIONS ARE INEFFICIENT STRUCTURES SINCE THEIR OVERHEAD AND STRUCTURE COSTs.
It is a central fact : 3rd Sector is engaging professionals individuals in a "Job".Most of them - namely these working in the "low threshold level" ( the street level: homeless nightly lodging, meals,etc) - are afflicted by a recurrent problem . The " Disinvestment" . A cognitive and emotionally frustration caused by recurrent and "no ends" situations -like rooted dependency to drugs and alcholism, mental /behavioral problems, indigence; all this triggering a vicious loop which eventually ends up with the non capacity or impossibility once reached the "stabilization" level to get forward towards a "re-equilibrated " status .
Disinvestment is a drama, for brings the level of attention and "à l'ecoute" of single operators to the lowest levels - jeopardizing the entire previous work and positives accomplished results.
So as a sort of causal bold taxinomy:
- 3rd sector is inefficient : reduced "means" for the stable projects
- 3rd sector is financially instable; bringing in visionary -or basic projects- eventually without little or no chances of being implemented.
- 3rd sector has "employees" transforming a sort of "vocational" pulse into a repetitive job
This oversimplified forewording brings now back to the title: Giving Back By Default: Counterbalancing the Stochastically Unjust World's Reality
Drastically , by default, any existing company, business enterprise or incorporating one "must" include in his mission a percentage in donation . Which is something quite different from the fashionables ethic balance sheets.
